As an Assistant Planner, you will support the planning and coordination of national and international projects. Working closely with our Planners and Crew Operations Manager, you will help ensure that schedules, operational information, and project preparations are accurate and up to date. At the same time, you will learn the planning profession and have the opportunity to develop into an independent Planner. In this role, you will work closely with the Planners and the Crew Operations Manager. You will play an important part in supporting efficient planning processes and contributing to the successful execution of our projects. Who Are We? With offices in six European countries and a fleet of over 1,500 vehicles, we provide complete logistics solutions for theatre, concert, and event tours across Europe. What Will You Do? - Support the Planner in creating, maintaining, and monitoring national and international project schedules. - Process and keep planning and operational information up to date. - Collect, verify, and process information required for the preparation and execution of projects. - Assist in developing routes and project plans, ensuring relevant information is available on time. - Identify changes, bottlenecks, and special circumstances within project planning and proactively discuss them with the Planner. - Maintain daily contact with drivers and, when necessary, with customers and other stakeholders. - Support the preparation and execution of projects for national and international tours. - Develop knowledge of transport and export regulations.
