Organisatie You will join a growing international company with approximately 110 colleagues across Belgium, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Poland, the USA and Japan. More than 2.5 million households across Europe have already saved money through the company's initiatives. From the Amsterdam office, the team supports customers across several international markets. The team is highly international: around half of the employees are Dutch and primarily work on the Dutch market, while the other half works on international projects and consists of colleagues from different countries and cultural backgrounds. For this role, you will be part of the team supporting the North American market, focusing on customer service related to energy, heat pumps and solar solutions. You will work closely with the existing team and help provide customers with professional and personal support.
