We're looking for a Payroll Analyst that is responsible for the execution of the day-to-day payroll process. Deliver a highly accurate and timely payroll to our athletes. Partner with key stakeholders to develop and deliver a seamless end-to-end process that results in an excellent employee experience. Continuously look for ways of working that will eliminate manual work and result in stronger controls and efficiencies. What You Will Work On - Compile/reconcile data from a wide variety of sources (e.g. Workday, time sheets, tax deposits, etc.) for payroll processing - Review/reconcile payroll input/output results using established practices and procedures - Submit timely and accurate payroll and statutory obligations, such as tax and social security - Ensure payroll outsourcing partners are maintaining service level agreements - Record payroll metrics.
