WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH As an Engineering Manager within our Marketplace Technology EMEA team, you will lead a team of engineers while partnering closely with product leaders, business stakeholders, and external technology partners. You will work across multiple technology domains and business functions, helping define priorities, align stakeholders, and deliver solutions that span enterprise platforms, business processes, and organizational boundaries. While this is a people leadership role, the Engineering Manager is expected to remain technically engaged, actively participating in solution design, architectural discussions, technical reviews, prototyping, and implementation support where appropriate.
