As a Chapter Lead TypeScript / Angular , you are responsible for the "how" within the frontend engineering capability -combining people leadership, technical excellence, and standardisation of ways of working . You will lead a chapter of highly skilled engineers and act as a thought leader in Angular and TypeScript , while remaining hands-on in engineering work. This is a hybrid leadership role : - ~70% contributing to engineering and delivery - ~30% focused on coaching, people management, and chapter leadership Your job 1. People Management & Chapter Leadership (Primary focus) - Lead, coach, and develop a chapter of 4-15 engineers (internal and external) - Drive performance management, growth conversations, and career development for chapter members - Build a strong engineering culture focused on craftsmanship, ownership, and continuous learning - Act as a mentor and coach , supporting both soft and hard skill development - Ensure employee engagement, retention, and professional development within the chapter 2.
