Main focus We are seeking an experienced Head of Information & Cyber Security, Europe to provide strategic vision, governance, and leadership for the regional information security function across multiple European entities. This is a high-impact, pan-European leadership role based near Amsterdam, responsible for building a robust, risk-driven, and compliant security posture while ensuring alignment with global standards and executive expectations. Role Context The organization is establishing a new regional Information Security function that will support all group companies across Europe. Though initially compact ultimately a team of three the role is strategic. You will report directly to a senior IT/Security leader based internationally, with a dotted-line relationship to the organization's global Information Security Headquarters. The organisation is currently implementing NIS2 and strengthening its security governance framework with support from an external consulting firm. Your responsibility is to translate this framework into practical, consistent implementation across diverse European operations.
