Partner with client stakeholders to diagnose issues, design solutions, and support implementation with measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities - Assess organizational structures, operating models, and workforce capabilities; translate findings into actionable recommendations. - Design and deliver People & Organization initiatives (e.g., talent strategy, leadership development, culture, performance management, HR transformation). - Plan and execute change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption tracking. - Facilitate workshops and interviews; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear deliverables. - Develop client-ready materials (presentations, roadmaps, business cases) and support proposal development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe; manage workstreams, timelines, and quality.
