Join the Sample Management Team in Enkhuizen and help manage sample orders for customers and colleagues around the world. What are you going to do? As an Order Manager, you will manage sample export orders from start to finish. You will make sure that orders, deliveries, and invoices are processed correctly and on time. You will also check import requirements for vegetable seeds in different countries. Your work will help make sure that field trials and variety registrations can start on time. Key responsibilities: - Manage sample export orders from start to finish; - Make sure orders and deliveries are processed correctly and on time; - Manage order data and information accurately; - Be the main contact for customers and colleagues regarding order processing; - Check import requirements for vegetable seeds in different countries; - Make sure deliveries arrive on time so that trials can start as planned; - Communicate with internal teams, customers, and international partners; - Find problems or delays and help to solve them; - Look for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
