Continued growth is placing increasing demands on the Finance function, particularly in relation to reporting, internal controls, processes and financial governance. Position As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for financial control and accounting across the various entities. You will ensure reliable financial information, robust month-end and year-end closing processes, and contribute to the continued professionalisation of the Finance function. You will act as an important sparring partner to management, coordinate the external audit and contribute to the further development of the Finance team. - Responsibility for financial control and accounting; - Preparing and analysing monthly and annual financial reports; - Coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes and the statutory audit; - Monitoring and improving financial processes, procedures and internal controls; - Identifying financial risks and initiating improvements; - Translating financial information into clear and actionable insights for management; - Acting as the primary point of contact for the external auditor and other financial stakeholders; - Contributing to the continued professionalisation, automation and scalability of the Finance function; - Coaching and further developing the Finance team.
