Purpose of Role The Sr. Professional, HRBP - Retail (EMEA) provides hands-on HR support to the retail organization, partnering closely with managers and HR teams to deliver effective people solutions. This role focuses on the execution of core HR processes, tier one employee relations support, and day-to-day guidance to retail leaders in the respective countries, ensuring consistent application of company policies and alignment with local employment regulations.
