Technical Project Leader Lead the technical side of some of the world's most extraordinary superyachts Building a 70 to 150-metre superyacht is a project of considerable scale. At VBH, you work on new-build projects that can take two to five years, as well as refit projects that are carried out around the world within just a few months. As a Technical Project Leader at VBH, you are responsible for the technical execution of the project. You make sure agreements are followed, monitor progress and work closely with our technical specialists and installation teams to ensure everything comes together as planned. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical or project background who is ready to take the next step. You will have the opportunity to develop your project leadership skills, take on more responsibility over time and grow towards a Senior Technical Project Leader role within VBH. You are based at our headquarters in Weesp, but spend a significant amount of your time where the project is taking place: at Dutch shipyards where superyachts are being built and at locations around the world for refit projects.
