In this role, you will partner with leaders across a large part of our International HQ, including our Brand and Product teams (Design, Merchandise and Buying), as well as Operations, Marketing and E-commerce. You will play a critical role in organisational development, change management, talent strategies, employee relations, and leadership support, while helping to build a high-performing and engaged workforce. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who feels energized by working in an international, fast-paced retail environment.
