Bewaar Technician Bioanalytics Amsterdam Bio-analytics| RT-qPCR |DNA/RNA Extraction|ELISA|MSD|Molecular Biology|Non-Clinical|Documentation| Your new role: The Bio-analytics Technician is responsible for performing routine bio-analytical testing on biological samples derived from research and non-clinical animal studies. You will support IND-enabling studies through specimen processing, nucleic acid and protein extraction, molecular analyses, and immunological testing. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced bioanalytical techniques in a cutting-edge research environment while contributing to the development of innovative therapies. This is a 9-month short-term position. Key Responsibilities: - Perform pulverisation and preparation of biological specimens for downstream analyses. - Conduct DNA, RNA, and protein extraction and purification using established laboratory methods. - Analyse biological samples using RT-qPCR assays for DNA, mRNA, and miRNA detection. - Perform immunological assays such as ELISA and MSD. - Generate high-quality data to support preclinical and IND-enabling studies in small and large animal models. - Conduct data analysis, quality control checks, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN). - Prepare, summarise, and present analytical results and study reports. - Troubleshoot and optimise existing analytical methods when required. - Order and maintain laboratory reagents, consumables, and supplies. - Support assay development, qualification, and validation activities for molecular and immunological methods (preferred). - Contribute to the preparation of qualification protocols and reports (preferred). - What you'll need to succeed You have completed an MLO, HLO/HBO, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. - You bring at least 2 years of laboratory expe...
