We provide legal advice, support our clients and ensure they stay up to date on Governance and Compliance. We serve a wide range of companies, ranging from a handful of employees to more than 100! These are mainly companies that consider it important to be well organised and equipped legally. Our clients are Dutch and international enterprises operating in, among others, ICT, Accountancy, Tech, Facility Services, and Fashion and lifestyle brands. TLC's main areas of focus are employment law, corporate law, contract law, privacy law, and rental and real estate law. Our lawyers regularly host legal breakfast sessions, masterclasses and training sessions for our clients and prospects on current and pressing legal topics. TLC collaborates with a number of intermediaries such as accountants, tax advisors, notaries, pension advisors and insurance advisors.
