This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll combine people leadership, strategic thinking and technical oversight. You'll help create the conditions for your team to thrive while ensuring that MetOcean expertise continues to create value across the entire offshore wind project lifecycle. Working closely with colleagues across Development, Engineering, Project Delivery and Operations, you'll play an important role in reducing uncertainty, managing risk and supporting the successful development, construction and operation of offshore wind projects.
