Share your talents As Senior Art Director, you will join the Content & Design Studio, Rituals' in-house creative team responsible for bringing our brand to life across global campaigns and channels. The studio combines expertise in Art Direction, Design, Copy, Content, Print, Operations, Translations and platform execution, and has evolved into a creative powerhouse that now develops and delivers high-impact campaigns for audiences around the world. In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing and a broad range of stakeholders across Digital, Retail, Category, Social and local markets to create compelling visual worlds that elevate the Rituals brand. From shaping campaign concepts and leading productions to directing shoots and overseeing final delivery, you will have a direct influence on how millions of customers experience Rituals. Working across photography, film, motion, CGI, design and emerging AI-driven workflows, you will combine creative vision with commercial understanding to create beautiful work that is not only distinctive and inspiring but also delivers against business objectives.
