Description As part of the Store Format team, you'll help create and maintain the ideal store layout for both new and existing locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing store layouts and blueprints that optimize customer journeys and product visibility. - Translating commercial opportunities and operational requirements into practical floor plans. - Maintaining and updating store design documentation and layout databases. - Supporting retail projects, pilot store setups, and the rollout of new concepts across multiple locations. - Working closely with teams including Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Operations, and Expansion. - Visiting stores regularly to gather feedback and understand how layouts perform in practice. - Contributing ideas that improve efficiency, customer experience, and sales performance.
