What you can expect As Manager Groups & Events, you are ultimately responsible for the commercial and operational performance of the Groups & Events department at Hotel Okura Amsterdam. In this versatile management role, you combine strategic commercial insight with operational excellence and lead a team of approximately 10-12 FTE across Events, Groups and Account Management. You are responsible for the entire groups and events journey: from commercial strategy and revenue optimisation to flawless operational execution and a consistent 9+ guest experience. In addition, you are part of the Commercial Leadership Team and actively contribute to the hotel's commercial strategy and performance.
