If you have experience in developing organisation-wide educational policy, advising senior management and working with complex educational and regulatory frameworks, we invite you to join our team of professionals. Department Education & Research Support (E&RS) is the central policy and expertise department for education and research within Hotelschool The Hague. The department contributes to the development and safeguarding of institutional frameworks, educational quality and strategic alignment across our programmes. E&RS is further strengthening its strategic and tactical and support role to Education and Research. Within this development, the Educational Policy Advisor provides dedicated expertise for organisation-wide educational policy development and strategic advice. The position reports to the Manager E&RS and complements the position of Educational Advisors, whose primary focus is on educational quality, accreditation, curriculum development and translating policy into educational practice. General function description As Educational Policy Advisor, you develop integrated, organisation-wide multi-year policy in the field of education and organisational development. You take the lead in complex and cross-functional policy processes, safeguard consistency between different policy areas and advise the Board of and management at strategic level.
