Starting as a Management Consultant In the Young Executive Program (YEP), you will be part of a team of consultants in the field of finance . In this position, you will be a project or Program manager responsible for the successful execution of various assignments. These assignments vary in duration (average 6 to 9 months) and are usually done on a full-time basis at a top 500 organization. It is often a two-person assignment, working with an experienced consultant or other YEPer. You will solve complex financial (data) issues, optimize reports or make improvement proposals. Depending on the assignment, the relationship between advising, managing and implementing will vary. As a YEP person, you must be able to quickly find your way around different organizations to solve management problems and help clients move forward. You go to the customer, research, analyze, recognize the problems and advise on possible solutions. Then you work with the team on site to implement your advice. It is important to create support and to have a good feeling for mutual relations and the environment. We give you challenging assignments in which you have a lot of freedom and in which you can make a difference. Each assignment is customized and falls under one of three areas of specialization: Financial Transformation, Data & Analytics and ESG.
