As a Global Process Delivery Analyst I, you'll support employee lifecycle processes across EMEA, including onboarding, employee data management, and HR administration. Working with systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, you'll help deliver accurate, efficient, and high-quality HR support to employees and managers across the region. This is a temporary assignment until February 2027. What are you going to do? As a Global Process Delivery Analyst I, you will support the day-to-day execution of HR operations, ensuring employee data is accurate, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards. You'll work with Workday, ServiceNow, and other HR systems to deliver a best-in-class employee experience. - Execute HR transactions including onboarding, employee changes, contract administration, compensation updates, leave management, and terminations. - Manage Workday tasks and ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets accurately and within established service levels. - Support employee lifecycle processes including new hires, rehires, Right to Work compliance, organizational changes, and employee data management. - Investigate data discrepancies, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of HR data quality and compliance. - Provide excellent service and support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across EMEA. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and more efficient ways of working. - Contribute to HR projects, organizational changes, and operational initiatives across the region.
