For our client in Wedde, we are looking for an assistant carpenter / installation worker who is eager to get to work. You do not need to be a fully qualified carpenter for this role yet. Do you already have some experience in construction, installation or engineering? That is a plus. Are you mainly practical, motivated and willing to continue learning the trade in practice? You will work for a reliable family business and collaborate with an experienced colleague at various locations in the province of Groningen. This will allow you to gradually carry out more work independently and develop yourself within the trade. What are you going to do? As an assistant carpenter / installation worker, you will support a range of installation and carpentry tasks. - You will help remove existing window frames. - You will help install uPVC windows, doors and sliding doors. - You will carry out various preparatory carpentry tasks. - You will assist with positioning, installation and finishing. - You will work with various types of tools and materials. - Together with your colleague, you will ensure that the workplace is kept tidy. - You will gradually learn to carry out more work independently. - You will work closely with experienced colleagues. This makes it an excellent role if you want to develop further into an independent carpenter or window installer. Who are we looking for?
