As the Business Operations Lead for Ecosystem & Ventures (E&V), you will be the driving force behind how our team learns, connects, and stays engaged. This role owns the E&V Community of Practice, leads our AI enablement journey, and champions employee engagement and recognition across a global, remote team. You will also keep the team's operational obligations - compliance training, expense and holiday tracking, budget oversight, and swag - running smoothly in the background so colleagues can focus on their work. Success in this role means fostering a connected, enabled, and engaged team while ensuring the day-to-day operational rhythms are well managed and never dropped. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Programs and Operations.
