You will work closely with senior leaders across FP&A, Sales, Legal, Delivery, and Customer Support, influencing operating models, process design, and system improvements within your scope of responsibility. You will lead a multi-layered accounting organisation, with several direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the VP of Accounting & Financial Reporting and plays a critical role in supporting the company's growth, scalability, and external reporting requirements. What you'll do Strategy, Planning & Leadership - Act as Head of Group Accounting, contributing the global accounting strategy and governance framework. - Lead and manage a geographically distributed accounting organization, with most of the team based in Romania. - Assess and evaluate the company's financial performance against long-term strategic objectives, budgets, and forecasts. - Provide clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership on short-term and long-term growth initiatives, enabling informed decision-making. - Participate in and influence key strategic decisions related to business initiatives, operating models, and investments. - Align accounting teams and cross-functional stakeholders ...
