Job Summary: As Program Director, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery and profitability of projects across your Co-Lab. Your focus is on making sure ambitious creative work is delivered with clarity, efficiency and strong commercial performance. Working closely with the Co-Lab Steering Team across Account, Strategy and Creative, you'll create the conditions for teams to succeed. You'll bring structure to complex projects, anticipate risks before they become problems and ensure teams deliver on time, on budget and above expectation. You'll also work across accounts, partnering with fellow Program Directors and the Resource Manager to identify shared challenges, improve ways of working and keep projects moving in the right direction. About You: You're a hands-on leader with a strong sense of ownership. You know how to bring structure to complexity, make clear decisions, and keep people focused under pressure.
