Share your talents As Finance Transformation Specialist, you will help shape how Finance enables the continued growth of Rituals. Joining our Finance Development team, you will work at the intersection of Finance, technology and business transformation, creating smarter, scalable and future-proof ways of working across the Finance department. In this role, you will lead improvement initiatives that simplify processes, strengthen controls and reduce repetitive work through automation and data-driven insights. From optimising Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes and supporting strategic business initiatives to identifying AI and automation opportunities, your work will have a visible impact across Finance and beyond. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Finance, Tech & Data (IT), and representatives from different lines of business, acting as a trusted partner who connects business needs with practical solutions.
