Your role As a Service Designer with a strong research focus, you will uncover user needs, map real customer journeys, and validate concepts that shape meaningful digital services. You'll work inside our client's Experience Team while staying part of Dentsu , giving you the mix of embedded product collaboration and an agency community for support and inspiration. You'll split your time between the client's office for 2 days a week and our Dentsu office for 1 to 2 days a week. The setup is flexible and designed to help you stay close to the teams you work with. You bring curiosity, structure, and strong research skills, turning insights into direction and helping teams make informed decisions with confidence.
