No office work, no spreadsheets, no meeting rooms. You're the face of the restaurant, right there on the floor! What you'll be doing As a manager at Café Nieuw Amsterdam, you're at the heart of the daily operation. You will: - Lead the team with flair, humour and clear communication - Work actively on the floor - from service to solving everyday challenges - Make sure guests feel welcome and the team runs smoothly - Maintain high standards of quality, pace and atmosphere - Work closely with the General Manager and take on additional responsibilities when needed - Lead by example: visible, involved, positive and always connected with your team You'll work under the General Manager, while still having plenty of room to make your own mark.
