Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Product Owner - Werkgever & Adviseur Own and optimize the product vision and delivery for employer and advisor journeys, ensuring customer value, regulatory alignment, and measurable business outcomes. - Define and maintain product vision , roadmap, and prioritized backlog for employer and advisor domains. - Translate business needs into clear user stories , acceptance criteria, and release goals. - Lead stakeholder management across business, IT, compliance, operations, and commercial teams. - Drive data-informed decisions using KPIs, customer insights, and experimentation. - Ensure end-to-end delivery with the Scrum team: refinement, planning, sprint reviews, and release coordination. - Identify dependencies, risks, and constraints; align priorities and communicate trade-offs. - Improve customer and advisor experience through process and digital optimization. - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Strong ability to translate complex requirements into actionable backlog items. - Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. - Analytical mindset: KPI ownership, customer journey thinking, and continuous improvement. - Experience in financial services, insurance, pensions, or regulated environments is a plus.
