Now we're looking for an Assistant Manager who's ready to take responsibility and help us take the pub to the next level. You'll be the Manager's right hand. When it gets busy, you'll be on the front line. When something needs sorting, you'll take care of it. - Help run the pub from opening to closing - Lead the team and keep everyone focused - Make sure guests have the great night they came for - Organise and coordinate parties and events - Speak with guests who want to hrent out our basement or beer garden for private parties - Work alongside the team on the floor - Be there during peak hours and on public holidays, when the action happens - You're available to work 38 hours a week - You're flexible and willing to work weekends - You work hard and have a no-nonsense attitude - You have experience in a management or supervisory role - this is essential - You can lead a team clearly and confidently - You spot what needs doing and take action - You keep a cool head when the pub is packed - You know the details can turn an okay evening into a brillian...
