In this role, you will work on high-quality piping and gas systems for the high-tech industry. You will combine manual TIG welding with orbital welding and work with thin-walled stainless-steel tubing, where precision and quality are key. You will work in a modern production environment in Wijchen, where you will build and weld components that are used in high-tech systems for the international semiconductor industry. As a TIG Welder, your responsibilites include: - TIG welding stainless-steel pipes and components; - Performing orbital welds on thin-walled stainless-steel tubes; - Working with different tube diameters and wall thicknesses; - Positioning, aligning and preparing components before welding; - Working from technical drawings and work instructions; - Inspecting your own welds and identifying deviations; - Working according to strict quality and cleanroom standards; - Working together with other technicians and assemblers to build high-quality systems. Functie-eisen You are succesful in this role if you: - You have experience with TIG welding stainless steel; - You have experience with orbital welding, or are willing to learn it; - You can read and understand technical drawings and work instructions; - You work accurately and independently; - You have a strong focus on quality and check your own work carefully; - You have a technical MBO education or equivalent practical experience; - You have at least a B1 level of English or Dutch; - You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
