What are you going to do? You'll be the main point of contact for our part-time baristas and bartenders working at events. You'll also act as the link between these part-timers and our colleagues in the office. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Your duties will be varied and will broadly consist of the following: Recruitment & Selection Partly thanks to you, there is a steady stream of suitable applicants. You are also the one who conducts the job interviews and decides who is hired. After-sales Once the assignment is complete, every client is contacted by telephone to discuss how it went. You share the resulting information with the relevant departments and individuals. Development programmes & BarCademy We believe that variety and professional development enhance job satisfaction. That is why you will be responsible for developing and monitoring our colleagues' knowledge, skills and competences. You will also oversee compliance with collective agreement provisions and statutory requirements. Finally, you will initiate policy improvements and contribute ideas on strategic issues.
