Your work includes: - Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment; - Performing dimensional inspections based on technical drawings and specifications; - Measuring products using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment; - Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities; - Preparing inspection reports and other quality documentation; - Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards; - Working closely with production and assembly teams to identify and resolve quality issues; - Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.
