This role owns the regional sales P&L, customer relationships, and go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of specialty kraft paper grades, working closely with the sales director, regional sales managers, mills, supply chain, and product teams to drive profitable growth. Your Responsibilities - Lead and execute the Specialty Kraft Paper commercial strategy across Western Europe and the Nordics to deliver sustainable growth. - Own regional sales performance, including P&L responsibility, pricing strategy, and margin optimization. - Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. - Strengthen strategic customer partnerships, leading key account development, contract negotiations, and long-term agreements. - Leverage market intelligence, customer insights, and commercial data to identify growth opportunities and guide decision-making. - Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to maintain a strong market position. - Collaborate closely with production sites, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational alignment. - Drive business expansion through new applications, customer segments, and strategic opportunities while representing Mondi with key customers and industry stakeholders.
