Mobile access is changing how organizations manage access: making it easier for users without compromising security, reliability, or manageability. As Product Owner / Team Lead (Mobile Access) , you will guide the team that develops and continuously improves this experience within Nedap in security. You combine product leadership with team leadership. You make sure the team understands the problem we are solving, who we are solving it for, and why it matters now. At the same time, you create the conditions for a team that can deliver with focus, ownership, and craftsmanship. You do not need to determine how a solution is built from a technical perspective. That is where the engineers and architects in the team bring their expertise. You bring the customer, market, and business context, make clear choices about what is needed and when, and work with the team to ensure the intended outcome is achieved. Start your application Your responsibilities Product direction and vision You translate the Security strategy, customer needs, and market developments into a clear product vision and roadmap for Mobile Access. You make it clear where we are heading and which choices are needed to get there. Prioritizing demonstrable value You balance customer value, commercial opportunities, product health, security, and deliverability. You are comfortable saying no or adjusting expectations when needed. You ensure the team focuses on meaningful outcomes rather than work without a clear purpose. Connecting with customers and stakeholders You maintain close contact with customers, partners, Sales, Support, Operations, and colleagues across security.
