We handle the entire process: from fit-out and operational management to day-to-day coordination. Throughout th stay, we remain closely involved, so that our clients can focus entirely on their project. You are the unifying force behind our operational teams. Through your leadership, you ensure that Fleet Support and Hospitality make a difference every day for our clients and the guests on board. Your challenge As Operational Team Manager, you will lead a growing department of 6 FTEs, comprising, amongst others, Fleet Coordinators and Hotel Managers. The Fleet Coordinators ensure that our ships are operationally ready, maintain contact with clients and suppliers, and coordinate day-to-day operations. The Hotel Managers are responsible for day-to-day hospitality on board and ensure that our guests can count on a pleasant and comfortable stay. You will bring these teams together, provide structure and create the right conditions so that everyone can perform to the best of their ability. In this role, you will spend an average of three days a week travelling to our project sites in the central Netherlands and work two days from our office in Leeuwarden. This way, you will remain closely involved in operations whilst maintaining a connection with the organisation. You act as the link between the operational teams, the project organisation and senior management. You identify opportunities, improve processes and actively contribute to the further professionalisation of the department.
