MBO+ level of working and thinking, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain 1 to 3 years of experience in a logistics, transport or warehouse environment Experience with ERP or WMS systems such as SAP is an advantage Good command of English, both written and spoken Valid driver’s license and own transportation Wat bieden wij je? You monitor daily inbound and outbound transport flows, coordinate arrivals and departures and make sure all administrative records are complete and accurate. You work closely with Operations, Warehouse Support and other internal stakeholders and report directly to the Supervisor. You are also an important point of contact for carriers and drivers. From welcoming drivers when they arrive to assigning the correct dock or gate, you make sure the transport process runs as efficiently as possible. Coordinating and monitoring inbound and outbound transport movements Maintaining contact with carriers, drivers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status Welcoming and assisting drivers during arrival and departure Assigning the correct dock or gate position to incoming trucks Checking and processing transport documentation Identifying and following up on deviations in transport and logistics processes Preparing reports and processing operational data in systems and Excel Supporting smooth and efficient daily logistics operations Where will you work?
