About the Role As Senior Client Data Management Project Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for project delivery across the global Client Data Management agenda, from strategic framing through execution, change adoption and benefits realization. Working closely with senior business sponsors, you will translate strategic direction and business priorities into executable plans, mobilize and engage cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and risks, and drive timely decisions. This is hands-on delivery role where success means creating momentum, driving accountability and turning plans into outcomes. You will be equally comfortable setting the approach and driving the detail from facilitating senior-management discussions and governance forums to working directly with regional/functional teams to resolve issues and unblock delivery. Current focus Client data is increasingly important to decision-making and value creation across Life & Health Reinsurance providing a critical foundation for data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities. With strong foundations established, the focus is now on scaling our client data capabilities to meet growing demand for timely, trusted and reusable data.
