For this position you will be working at a Dutch dairy company - family-run business that combines an organic dairy farm with its own on‑site production facility, where fresh milk is processed into a wide range of dairy products. The company specializes in producing high‑quality organic and biodynamic products such as milk, yogurt, butter, cream, and desserts. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? As a Production Employee, you will support the full production process, from preparing materials to packaging and dispatching finished products. This role requires a strong focus on quality, hygiene, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced production environment. - Prepare raw materials and packaging materials. - Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor production machinery. - Perform filling, packaging, and labeling activities. - Handle and move products throughout the production process. - Identify and report operational issues and assist with minor troubleshooting. - Conduct visual and physical quality inspections. - Ensure products meet company quality standards. - Follow all company hygiene, health, and safety procedures. - Transport finished goods within the production area - Record production output, working hours, and relevant observations.
