To strengthen our production team, we are looking for packing staff to work across three shifts. What are you going to do? Looking for a job in the world of snacks? Then the role of packing operator at Van Geloven in Helmond, near Eindhoven, is just the thing for you! As a packing operator at Van Geloven, you’ll play a key role in the production department. You’ll be involved in producing snacks and ensuring that the products are packed in accordance with quality standards. - Packaging in accordance with the client’s specifications. - Carrying out quality checks on the products you pack. - Cleaning the machines. - Identifying problems and resolving them proactively. - Ensuring a clean and safe working environment. What do we offer? - A gross starting hourly wage of €16.49, excluding a 33.5% shift allowance - 3% end-of-year bonus. - Travel allowance for journeys of 10 km or more. - 8% holiday pay on standard and overtime hours, and 25 days’ holiday (for full-time work). - Pension accrual from day one. - Opportunities for career progression within van Geloven, with the possibility of a permanent contract. - Access to the Adecco Academy, an online platform offering over 150 training programmes and courses. Where will you work? Through Adecco, you’ll be working at the Van Geloven site in Helmond. There, they produce ‘De Bourgondiër’ snacks, KB cheese soufflés, and Van Geloven frikandellen.
