Key responsibilities - Manage end-to-end delivery of MKB accountancy services, including planning, quality control, and timely reporting. - Act as senior advisor to SME clients on financial statements, compliance, and business performance insights. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants; set goals, monitor performance, and support professional growth. - Drive process improvement and standardization to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. - Safeguard compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal quality standards. - Support commercial growth through relationship management, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (tax, advisory, audit) to deliver integrated client solutions.
