Wat ga je doen? As a Woodworking / Carpentry Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance department. You will be responsible for repairing, modifying, and rebuilding wooden packaging solutions and transport crates used within the high-tech industry. Working closely with your colleagues, you will help ensure that every product meets HQ Pack's high standards for quality, safety, and functionality. You will have the opportunity to learn multiple disciplines and gradually become deployable across different departments. - Repairing and modifying wooden crates and packaging solutions - Measuring, cutting, assembling, and finishing wooden components - Performing maintenance on packaging materials - Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions - Conducting quality inspections - Identifying improvement opportunities and reporting deviations - Collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments - Maintaining a safe and organized workplace Wat bieden wij? - Full-time position (40 hours per week) - Two-shift schedule:- 06:00 - 15:00 - 15:00 - 00:00 - Saturday work may occur in consultation and saturday hours paid at 150% - Extensive onboarding and training program - Opportunities to learn multiple disciplines within HQ Pack - Long-term career development opportunities - Dynamic and international working environment Waar ga je werken?
