As a 3D Measurement Technician, you play an important role in the quality process. You measure and analyse components and assemblies and make sure dimensions meet the required specifications. You work closely with Quality Engineering, Engineering and Production. Your measurements and advice help improve product quality and production processes. What will you do as a 3D Measurement Technician? As a 3D Measurement Technician, you are responsible for accurate measurements and clear reporting. You work with modern 3D measuring equipment and use the results to identify deviations and support improvements. Your responsibilities include: - Performing 3D measurements using CMM measuring machines. - Programming and operating 3D measurement software. - Analysing and reporting measurement results. - Checking components and assemblies against technical drawings and specifications. - Identifying deviations and helping find structural solutions. - Supporting quality investigations and improvement projects. - Working closely with Engineering and Production on quality and manufacturability issues. - Making sure measurement results are accurate and properly recorded.
