In this role, you ensure that process, data, systems and organizational capabilities work together as one integrated, scalable operating model. You act as integrator across business, process, data and IT. While the business owns outcomes, you ensure the enabling capabilities are designed, aligned and continuously improved to deliver value. You co-own the transformation and improvement roadmap with the Functional Chief and translate strategic priorities into actionable global and regional initiatives. Your impact - Co-own the Commerce & Marketing transformation and improvement roadmap with the Functional Chief. - Own and safeguard the global C&M process and data template. - Translate business priorities into aligned process, data and technology improvements. - Lead functional governance across process, data, IT and analytics. - Align global standards with regional execution. - Drive continuous improvement and benefit realization. - Build and lead the Process Excellence community across global and regional teams.
