The system inspects products without affecting the production line's capacity. The system checks both the presence and correct positioning of sealing tape, as well as various text fields and logos on the packaging. Among other things, the system detects incomplete tape, tears, incorrect positioning and errors in codes or text. White tape on white packaging is also reliably inspected. The Tape Print Checker ensures reliable monitoring of the sealing process: the system verifies that every bag is correctly sealed, identifies deviations in good time, helps to reduce contamination on and around the production line, and minimises the risk of claims and recalls. Among other things, the system checks: - The presence and position of sealing tape. - Tears, creases or breaks in the sealing tape. - Batch codes and product codes. - Production and best-before dates. - Logos, specific text and weights. - Legibility of printed and coded information. Using high-quality cameras, intelligent software and optimised lighting, the system checks every package for tape integrity and print quality. All inspection data can be stored and linked to the images captured, making it easy to trace products at a later date.
