About the Role As Program Manager AI in HR, you will lead the strategic adoption and scaling of Artificial Intelligence across HR processes and services. Building on the learnings from ongoing AI explorations, you will help accelerate the HR function's AI agenda by ensuring initiatives are aligned with business priorities, governed effectively, and deliver measurable value for both employees and the organization. You will be responsible for shaping and driving the HR AI roadmap, managing a portfolio of AI initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and benefits realization. This role focuses specifically on AI solutions that enhance and power HR processes and services. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Portfolio Management - Define, maintain, and continuously evolve the AI in HR strategy, roadmap, and portfolio. - Translate HR strategy into a clear AI agenda with aligned priorities and measurable outcomes. - Ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives, business cases, and expected benefits. - Identify opportunities to create value through AI across the end-to-end HR landscape. - Assess future capabilities required to scale AI adoption within HR. Program Leadership & Governance - Lead a portfolio of AI initiatives from ideation through implementation and value realization. - Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic decisions across the portfolio. - Drive prioritization and investment discussions with senior stakeholders. - Ensure governance, implementation, sustainment, and adoption activities remain aligned. - Establish clear measures of success and track benefits realization.
