Job purpose: - As Facility Coordinator, you ensure that the Eindhoven warehouse facilities, building services and supporting infrastructure are reliable, well maintained and fit for purpose. - You proactively coordinate maintenance, repairs and facility improvements, and make sure issues are resolved within the shortest reasonable timeframe. - You work closely with technical representatives, DHL's Facility resources, the building owner, landlords and external contractors. - You are the central point of contact for Facility matters and take ownership from the initial request through to completion. - The role combines hands-on coordination with supplier and contract management, financial administration, small projects and continuous improvement. Main responsibilities: Facility operations and maintenance - Proactively attend to all maintenance-related issues for the building and engage contractors to resolve issues within the shortest reasonable timeframe. - Coordinate maintenance, repairs and enhancements between technical representatives, landlords and third-party contractors. - Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance schedules are up to date and that any required remedial work is completed. - Act as the primary point of contact for Facility-related requests and operational issues. - Maintain clear records of maintenance activities, inspections...
