Because at Lam, we believe that when people are the priority and they... 1 Talent Acquisition Screening Specialist (all genders) LOCATION: Villach, AT, 9500 REQ ID: 204690 WHAT YOU WILL DO * Support end-to-end recruiting activities for corporate hiring teams across both Austrian sites, Villach and Salzburg * Review applications, create shortlists and identify top talent and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market trends * Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities * Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs * Engage candidates through outreach campaigns and maintain a positive candidate experience * Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data and take over the administrative hiring processes in our systems (SAP) * Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely candidate communication and follow-up * Support employer branding initiatives, job advertisements, university relations, career fairs, and recruitment projects * Track sourcing effectiveness and provide insights to continuously improve recruiting outcomes WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * HAK diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification * 2+ years of professional experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities * Experience sourcing candidates and screening talent for a variety of roles * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally SuccessFactors * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel * A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, empathy, and openness to giving and receiving feedback A valid work permit for Austria is required for this position. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. The candidate for this position will be hired through a third party agency.
