Responsibilities * Advise clients and facilitate technical workshops with customers and their service providers. * Take on technical project leadership, including solution design, specifications, and effort estimation in agile software development projects. * Design and document the overall architecture of large software systems consisting of multiple applications and their interactions. * Define system-wide architecture, design, and implementation guidelines and best practices. * Coach, mentor, and support software developers and other team members. * Select and evaluate tools and systems that meet business requirements. * Support sales activities and proposal development, including technical solution design and effort estimation. * Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends. Qualifications * A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification. * Several years of experience in technical consulting. * Proven experience planning, facilitating, and structuring technical workshops. * Extensive experience in technical leadership and/or solution architecture design. * A strong software engineering background and the ability to work across a wide range of technologies, architectures, and ecosystems. * Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD processes. * Curiosity and interest in understanding complex IT landscapes and performing "architecture archaeology" to identify the best solutions for clients, teams, and systems. * Interest in supporting sales processes, with experience working closely with clients and translating their needs into effective solutions. * Excellent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to combine strategic vision with practical implementation requirements. * Passion for your field and a willingness to continuously learn, apply knowledge, and share it with others.
