Freight Trader \- Soft Commodity House For our client, a soft commodity trading firm, we are currently recruiting a Freight Trader. **Description** * Manage freight trading operations and optimise trading strategies. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. * Negotiate and execute freight contracts with third parties. * Monitor the performance of freight operations and ensure compliance with regulations. * Collaborate with internal teams to align trading activities with organisational goals. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners. * Prepare and present detailed reports on trading performance and market insights. * Stay updated on market developments and adjust strategies accordingly. **Profile** A successful Trader \- Freight should have: * Educational qualifications in a relevant field such as business, economics or logistics. * Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being an asset. * Experience in freight trading or related activities within the retail sector. * Strong analytical and negotiation skills. * Ability to work effectively in a busy environment. **Job Offer** Our client offers you: * A permanent position based in Genève. * Opportunities to work within an Agri business trading firm * Professional growth in a specialised trading role.
